I’m a whole body fitness facilitator.
What does that mean? I’m part fitness coach, part massage therapist and part psychologist with a splash of spunk.  My goal is to help you reach your goals!

Fitness: I’m interested in one thing, your success.
If you’re working with me you can expect a genuine interest in your success. I can help advise you in the right direction, give you tips and pointers, and I promise to be honest and listen.

My Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience as a CrossFit Level 1 Coach
  • 3 years experience as a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist
  • 13 years rugby player
  • 2 years rugby coaching
  • 10 years experience as a School Psychologist
  • DFAC Pro Miss Athletic Body Builder

Massage works.
I became a massage therapist so I could have an immediate impact on people’s pain and flexibility. I have been a licensed massage therapist for three years and have been practicing JB myofascial release therapy in the past year. Myofascial release is the only manual therapy that I found had a long term effect on chronic pain I’ve encountered in my own body.  I no longer practice massage (there’s just no time), but I can help you identify the source of your pain and point you in the right direction!!!
